Mary serves as the Office Manager at AGA Associates, where she plays a pivotal role in leading the firm’s office Management and overseeing its marketing operations. With a naturally strategic mindset and a calm, structured approach, Mary ensures the business runs with efficiency, clarity, and consistency across every point of client and team interaction. In her day-to-day role, Mary is responsible for coordinating the full spectrum of administrative functions that keep the practice operating seamlessly. From administering internal workflows and ensuring compliance processes are followed, to maintaining organised documentation systems and supporting project teams with essential resources, she acts as the operational anchor of the studio. Beyond administration, Mary leads the firm’s marketing activities with equal dedication.
