Mary serves as the Office Manager at AGA Associates, where she plays a pivotal role in leading the firm’s office Management and overseeing its marketing operations. With a naturally strategic mindset and a calm, structured approach, Mary ensures the business runs with efficiency, clarity, and consistency across every point of client and team interaction. In her day-to-day role, Mary is responsible for coordinating the full spectrum of administrative functions that keep the practice operating seamlessly. From administering internal workflows and ensuring compliance processes are followed, to maintaining organised documentation systems and supporting project teams with essential resources, she acts as the operational anchor of the studio. Beyond administration, Mary leads the firm’s marketing activities with equal dedication. She carefully manages AGA Associates’ brand presence, ensuring that communication whether digital, written, or client-facing is aligned with the practice’s values, tone, and strategic vision.
Boominathan Karunakaran
Architectural Design
Boominathan is a highly valued member of the AGA Associates team, holding a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning. Combining architectural knowledge with strong planning expertise, he has an excellent understanding of Local Planning Policies and the wider planning framework. His background as a planning consultant has provided valuable experience in progressing residential and commercial developments, including projects within Conservation Areas, Listed Buildings and Period Buildings. Boominathan brings a thoughtful, professional and solutions-focused approach to complex planning and development matters, making him an integral part of the AGA Associates team and an important contributor to the successful delivery of our projects.
